Licensed Home Daycare:

We are currently a licensed home daycare with ADHS. The Learning Sandbox home preschool will be following all licensing guidelines to ensure student safety. Both teachers are fingerprinted and hold First Aid and CPR certification.

Our mission is to provide children with the comfort of learning in a home setting while creating opportunities for developing essential skills for kindergarten and beyond.

 

Our Curriculum:

At the Learning Sandbox we believe that children learn best through play and exploration. Children will learn through whole group activities, center groups, art, movement, and discovery. We understand that playtime is the perfect setting for children to learn how to self regulate, collaborate with their peers, and problem solve on their own. The Learning Sandbox fosters independence and responsibility while also acknowledging that every child learns at their own pace.

In line with Arizona Early Learning Standards:

The Learning Sandbox will incorporate a year long curriculum that aligns with the Arizona State Standards. This will include classic tales and nursery rhymes, math, early phonics, science, and more.
